Return and Refund Policy of La Petite Mort USA

Returns
We do not accept returns unless the product has manufacturing defects. To initiate a return process, please contact us at hola@lapetitemortbolivia.com . Items sent without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately with videos or images so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for products that do not have manufacturing defects. This includes items that have been used or are not in their original condition.

Refunds
The warranty covers only products with manufacturing defects, which must be verified through videos or images showing the defect. This warranty is valid for 1 year from the purchase date. Once verified, the product's value will be refunded as store credit.

International Shipping
For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any duties or additional import costs.
